Specifications

Current EVO grinding system: 38 mm stainless steel Hypernova conical burrs. 144 adjustment steps, each moving the mechanism by 10 μm. Bean capacity: 25–30 g. Materials: aluminium alloy, stainless steel and silicone.

EVO Hand: 194.3 × 64 mm, 0.8 kg. Crank length: 174.3 mm. Manual drive with a magnetic crank connection.

Setup and care

Remove loose grounds with the supplied brush. Follow the model’s manual for disassembly, adjustment and reassembly.

Keep the grinding mechanism dry and refit the grounds cup before the next dose.
