Fit the crank, find your grip and make grinding part of the ritual.
The magnetic connection brings the handle and drive together with a simple, positive fit. A 174.3 mm crank gives your hand room to move around the body, while the smooth drive assembly transfers that movement to the burrs.
That direct mechanical connection puts the process in your hands. You choose the pace, feel the resistance of the coffee and finish when the measured dose has passed through. Remove the crank when it is time to pack away.

144 adjustment positions give you a setting you can record, return to and refine.
Each step moves the adjustment mechanism by 10 μm. That is mechanical burr movement, not a claim that every coffee particle has the same size. The practical benefit is a counted reference when you move between coffees or brewing methods.
Start with a dose and recipe you know. Note the setting, taste the cup, then change one thing at a time. A small grind adjustment can change how water moves through the coffee; your notes connect that change to the result.

The aluminium alloy body, steel grinding components and silicone details give EVO Hand a compact, substantial feel. The current body is 194.3 mm high and 64 mm at its widest point, with a weight of 0.8 kg.
The removable magnetic crank and grounds cup make it straightforward to prepare, grind and transfer a measured dose. Brush away loose grounds after use and follow the manual when opening the grinding assembly, so the next coffee starts with a clean grinder.
