A bayonet mount with a ball-bearing click lock makes the motor connection clear and secure.
Align the wide and narrow guide ribs with their matching rails, seat the motor and turn it gently anticlockwise until it clicks into place. The connection gives you a physical reference that the drive is ready.
To remove the motor, turn it clockwise and lift it away. The bean chamber is then accessible for the next measured dose, or ready to receive the magnetic hand crank. A small connection makes the whole routine more adaptable.

Connecting the motor
Switch the drive off before fitting or removing it. Match the guide ribs to their rails and follow the current EVO Hybrid manual. The motor uses a locking bayonet connection; the hand crank uses a separate magnetic connection.

do the turning.
A 42 ± 6 RPM motor brings a steady powered rotation to single-dose grinding.
Fit the motor securely and press the top button to start. The current drive runs at a specified 42 ± 6 RPM, with 40 W output and a 7.4 V, 1600 mAh rechargeable battery.
When the grinder no longer senses beans for around ten seconds, it stops automatically. Press the same button to stop it manually. USB-C charging and a battery indicator help you prepare for the next brew.

38 mm conical burrs and 144 adjustment positions carry your setting between electric and manual use.
The stainless steel Hypernova burr set supports espresso and filter preparation. Each adjustment step moves the mechanism by 10 μm, giving you a counted reference for the coffee and recipe in front of you.
Changing from the motor to the crank changes the way the grinder is driven. It does not require a second grinder or a separate set of burrs. Record the settings that work, then return to them as a starting point for your next brew.

The coffee kit
comes with you.
A measured dose. A familiar grind. A brewing ritual that fits the day.
Remove the motor, add 25–30 g of coffee according to the beans, then choose how you want to grind. The grounds collect in a cup that connects with its own bayonet fitting. The small sequence keeps weighing, grinding and transferring the coffee easy to follow.
The current Hybrid weighs 1.05 kg and stands 218.7 mm high. An EVA case, magnetic hand crank and cleaning brush are included, bringing the essentials together for a brewing kit you can move between kitchen and table.

Remove loose grounds with the supplied brush. Follow the model’s manual for disassembly, adjustment and reassembly.
Keep the rechargeable drive and electrical connections dry. Switch off and disconnect the drive before cleaning the grinding assembly.
