Refund policy
ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Varia Brewing Limited does not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns unless under manufacturers warranty. Once ordered, products are considered sold and final. Due to penalties and costs with our fulfillment center, 3FC, ERP, fulfillment, and credit card charges, we do not accept refunds, cancellations, or change of mind orders. Customers agree to these terms at the cart and checkout page.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
To ensure smooth processing of orders and to prevent any delays, we do not accept any modifications or cancellations once the order has been placed. This includes requests for:
- Changing the shipping address
- Modifying the product (size, color, additional items, etc.)
- Adding or removing items from the order
- Price adjustments or refunding based on previous sales or discounts
In the event of multiple orders placed by the same customer with a request to cancel a previous order (for example, when a new order is placed and the customer requests cancellation of the old one), we will not accommodate any cancellation requests. Once the order is confirmed, it is processed immediately.
For holiday sales and promotional events, such as Christmas sales, please be aware that the same cancellation and modification policy applies. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Warranty Policy
For 12 months after the original date of consumer purchase, Varia Brewing Limited warrants its products against any defects caused by defective material or workmanship.
This warranty covers only the original purchaser when the Varia product is purchased from an authorized reseller and is fitted with factory-standard parts. Warranties are not transferable to second-hand purchasers.
For any claim made against the warranty, the product will need to be shipped back to our service center at the customer's expense. If there is an issue with the product that falls under warranty after appraisal, we will replace the product and reimburse the shipment cost.
For warranty claims regarding any damage during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
If, after our service center's appraisal and inspection of the product, there is no warranty issue, a service fee will be charged to the customer for repair and shipment of the product back to the customer's address.
To make a warranty claim, you will need the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by:
- An accident, misuse, neglect, or 'act of God'.
- Using the incorrect form of current or voltage, or a non-approved power adaptor.
- Improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs (failure to clean the product and cleaning/servicing according to the manufacturer's instructions).
- Any damage to the product unless faulty from new.
- Failure to adhere to all safety measures/precautions or operating instructions outlined in this document's safety measures and operating instructions included with each product.
Varia Brewing Limited will not be responsible for any material damage or personal injury resulting from failure to adhere to the Varia Safety Measures and/or Operating Instructions detailed in our product user manuals.

We do not accept returns of products that fall outside of our warranty return and refund policy as stated above.
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Varia Brewing Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing on our website, you agree not to launch any chargeback cases. Cases must be brought to our attention, and our team will provide a reasonable solution. The customer is liable and agrees to reimburse any chargeback fees and shipping (import and return shipping fees) if they rescind the contract above. The credit card company and bank will be furnished with this policy agreed upon by the customer.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Any product incorrectly ordered will be the customer's responsibility to accept further charges to change and/or return the product and/or order replacement parts.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from us, as well as return import charges, if any.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
