Yes. Sign in using the same email address you entered at checkout, or use the “View your order” link in your confirmation email.

Where is my pre-order?

Pre-orders are dispatched when stock is ready. Refer to the estimated dispatch information provided when you purchased; estimates can change. Tracking becomes available after dispatch.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

A tracking number may appear before the carrier’s first scan. Check the carrier’s link again for updates. If you’re concerned about your shipment, contact our team with your order number.

Will everything arrive together?

Check your order’s shipment details for the items included in each delivery. If your order has multiple shipments, each may have its own tracking link.
