SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped internationally from China under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms, except orders to the USA, which are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) and include duties and taxes charged at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes vary by destination, typically ranging between 10–20 days. Remote destinations may experience longer delivery times and could incur additional charges.
The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped under DDU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Varia Brewing Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If your shipping address falls within a designated rural or extended area, we will contact you to confirm any additional charges prior to shipment. These fees are determined by the carrier and must be approved by the customer before dispatch.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking, respond to carrier requests, and complete any necessary actions required for customs clearance, including but not limited to: submitting documents, making payments for customs duties or VAT, and arranging local delivery. Failure to clear customs in a timely manner may result in storage fees billed to Varia Brewing, which will be passed on to the customer.
If no response is received from the customer within 20 days of a parcel being held in the fulfillment center or at customs, the shipment may be returned or destroyed in accordance with our fulfillment center’s policies. In such cases, Varia Brewing reserves the right to cancel the order without refund for either the product or shipping fees.
IMPORT DUTIES AND CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and fulfill any applicable import duties or clearance requirements for their country. We do not accept liability for shipments refused or unclaimed at the border.
If a shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges by the customer at the destination country or port of entry, we will issue a refund only after the goods have been received and inspected by our team. The refund amount will exclude both the original shipping fee and any return shipping or handling fees incurred. These costs will be deducted from the total paid before issuing the remaining balance.
Varia Brewing assumes no liability for any loss, delay, or additional costs incurred during shipping, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier-related issues, or unforeseen logistics complications. All shipping times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee the cost of shipping, as rates may vary based on courier services, destination, package dimensions, weight, and other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable charges before completing their purchase.
TRACKING
Tracking details will be sent from the official Varia Brewing – Global – Official Store email following your order confirmation. Please allow 4–7 business days for tracking to be generated. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin this timeline on the next business day.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If an order is received for a "PRE-ORDER" item as well as an item that is in stock, the available item/s will be shipped first and the remaining "PRE-ORDER" item/s will be held until the scheduled shipment date.
We aim to ship "PRE-ORDER" items earlier than the scheduled shipment time, and the tracking number notification can change depending on shipping schedules and project completions. We will inform customers of any changes to the shipping schedules prior to any changes being made to orders. However, tracking numbers may be sent at an earlier date than the ship date. If you have any specific requirements in terms of delivery date, please contact us directly at support@variabrewing.com.
FRAUD DISCLAIMER
A widespread SMS scam is currently exposing you to fraud attempts.
The SMS indicates that a parcel could not be delivered and invites you to click on a link to a fake transport website.
A window similar to a chat room and using the graphic codes of a transport company invites you to give your personal information and to pay a transport fee for the delivery of a parcel that does not actually exist.
Varia Brewing Limited expressly points out that this is an attempt at fraud. Please do not respond to this request and do not follow any links in the SMS or e-mails. Varia Brewing Limited assumes no responsibility for any financial loss or damage caused by such attempted fraud.
ONLY REPLY TO EMAILS SENT BY VARIA BREWING LIMITED
Be careful with the sender address and do not click on the links of an email you do not know the origin of. If you are unsure, please reach out to support@variabrewing.com to confirm this with us directly.
Emails sent by Varia Brewing Limited end with @variabrewing.com. Any other ending of the origin address indicates that it is not a Varia Brewing Limited email.
BE VIGILANT WHEN RECEIVING A TEXT MESSAGE
We do not send our customers SMS messages directly. Any SMS message received requesting to follow a link or provide payment should not be interacted with. Please refer back to your tracking number sent via our official tracking update email and ensure that you contact the shipping company directly to verify any local taxes and/or duties charges.
DO NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT
Some shippers and consignees have received fake SMS or emails asking them to pay for insurance, taxes, or an additional service to complete the delivery of a parcel.
These scams often take the form of an SMS or an email using a shipping company's graphic codes and ask you to pay by credit card or via prepaid coupons to be sent to an unofficial email address.
DO NOT DIVULGE YOUR CREDENTIALS
Some customers have been contacted by telephone by individuals claiming to be shipping company representatives to obtain your account number and its identifiers. Never give out this information; it is strictly confidential and personal.
