The gold titanium Supernova is a 58 mm flat set for the VS6 platform. It brings a 420 stainless steel core to a profile designed to balance clarity, sweetness and body.
These profiles describe the design intention. Coffee, roast, grind setting and brewing method shape the result. Keep the dose and water consistent, then dial in the new set by taste.
This 58 mm flat burrs set is designed for VS6. The grinder supports 58 mm flat and 63 mm conical formats; choose the complete compatible set for the geometry you want to explore.
Recheck the reference setting and dial in after fitting another set. Follow the VS6 instructions for the selected format.

Compare speeds using the same burr and setting, or compare available burr reports at the same setting and speed. Dial settings are specific to each fitted burr set. The figures and table below describe the selected report.
These reports use different particle-size intervals, so comparison is shown as cumulative volume.
Percentages are by volume. Dial settings are specific to the fitted burrs. These laboratory measurements do not predict a particular flavour.
