Bottle, basket and dimensions
750 mL nominal bottle volume. Maximum coffee basket capacity: 60 g. Dimensions: 80 mm diameter × 297 mm height. The suggested recipe uses 700 mL of water; finished yield varies with coffee absorption.
Materials
Borosilicate glass bottle; polypropylene lid, spout and filter cradle; polypropylene and nylon-mesh filter basket; silicone gaskets.
Brewing and storage
Steep in the refrigerator for 8–24 hours. Remove the basket and cradle when the coffee reaches your preferred strength. Keep the finished brew refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days.
Cleaning and handling
Use mild dish detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and pressure on the filter mesh. Dishwasher cleaning is permitted by the manual; secure the components and follow your dishwasher instructions. Carry the bottle by its glass body and do not freeze it with liquid inside.
