Allow FLO to cool, separate the base and exchange the screen. Seat the screen and gasket correctly before reassembling.

Keep dose, water, grind, paper and pouring consistent. Change the screen, note the drawdown and compare flavour as the coffee cools. Your notes give the next brew a useful starting point.

Material and manufacture

Stainless steel screens made using chemical photo-etching.

Fitting and care

Allow hot parts to cool. Seat the screen and gasket correctly in the base before reassembling. Rinse away coffee residue and follow the FLO dripper’s care instructions.
